JAZADCO shareholders to vote on amending bylaws on Aug.12

Jazan Energy and Development Co.’s (JAZADCO) shareholders are set to vote on amending bylaws during the extraordinary general meeting that will be held on August 12, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

Shareholders will vote on amending bylaws related to company’s objectives, shares trading, board powers, board meetings and conflict of interest.

Meanwhile, they will vote on amending bylaws related to assemblies’ invitations, committee reports, financial reports, dividend distribution, liability claims, and final provisions.
