Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Wednesday.
1) The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) will launch the derivatives market on Sunday, Aug. 30, 2020.
2) Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia (Zain Saudi) posted a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 164 million for the first half of 2020, a 37% decline year-on-year (YoY).
3) Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. (Enaya) renewed an agreement with Fakih Medical Group worth SAR 22.32 million, to provide health insurance services to the staff and their families.
4) Arabian Centres Co.’s board of directors recommended a 5% cash dividend, or SAR 0.50 per share, for the second half of FY2020, ended on March 31, 2020, totaling SAR 237.5 million.
5) Riyad REIT Fund’s net asset value (NAV) stood at SAR 1.658 billion in the second quarter of 2020.
6) Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund’s net asset value (NAV) reached SAR 1.76 billion in Q2 2020.
7) Alkhabeer REIT Fund’s net asset value (NAV) reached SAR 596.4 million in Q2 2020.
8) Swicorp Wabel REIT Fund posted a net loss of SAR 138.11 million in H1 2020.
9) Brent crude on Wednesday gained 20 cents to reach $43.10 per barrel. WTI Crude also increased 19 cents to reach $40.48/bbl.
