Jadwa REIT’s NAV hits SAR 1.76 bln in Q2 2020

Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund’s net asset value (NAV) reached SAR 1.76 billion during the second quarter of 2020, fund manager Jadwa Investment said in a bourse statement on Tuesday.

 

NAV per unit reached SAR 11.17 during Q2 2020.

 

Jadwa REIT reported a rental income of SAR 34.58 million in the same period, as the total expenses amounted to SAR 3.9 million.
