8 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Tuesday.

 

1) Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) will disclose its financial results and dividends for Q2 2020 before the start of trading on Sunday, Aug. 9.

 

2) Amlak International for Real Estate Finance Co. started trading from July 13 on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) under the symbol 1182 in the banks industry group, with a 10% daily price fluctuation limit per share. 

 

3) Jazan Energy and Development Co. (JAZADCO) approved the agreement signed with Tabuk Fisheries Co., Tharawat Seas, and Aquaculture Sharq Farms Co. to establish a new limited liability company in the aquaculture sector.

 

4) Amlak International for Real Estate Finance Co.’s board of directors recommended a 7.5% cash dividend, or SAR 0.75 per share, for the fiscal year 2019, totaling SAR 67.9 million.

 

5) Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co.’s shareholders disapproved on July 12 the audit committee formation.

 

6) The rental income of Musharaka REIT Fund reached SAR 27.14 million in the second quarter of 2020.

 

7) The subscription period to increase the assets of Alkhabeer REIT Fund will begin on July 19, 2020 and will continue for 10 business days until Aug. 6, 2020.

 

8) Brent crude on Tuesday declined 87 cents to reach $41.85 per barrel. WTI Crude also decreased 93 cents to reach $39.17/bbl.
