Al Maather REIT Fund posts SAR 569.2 mln in NAV in Q2 2020

Al Maather REIT’s net asset value (NAV) stood at SAR 569.2 million, as on June 30, 2020, Osool & Bakheet Investment Co. said in a bourse statement on Wednesday.

 

NAV per unit hit SAR 9.27 in Q2 2020, while rental income reached SAR 12.62 million for the same period.
