1) Derayah Financial will distribute cash dividend to Derayah REIT Fund unit holders for the second quarter of 2020, at SAR 0.09 per unit, or 0.90% initial price per unit.
2) Saudi British Bank (SABB) commenced, on July 6, the first issuance of Tier II SAR denominated sukuk through private placement.
3) Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. issued a disclaimer about what it called false news related to its prospective capital hike process expected to be approved during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) to be held on July 15, 2020.
4) Brent crude on Tuesday declined 17 cents to reach $42.93 per barrel. WTI Crude also decreased 16 cents to reach $40.47/bbl.
