1) Alujain Holding Corp posted net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 191.2 million for the fiscal year 2019, a rise of 83% year-on-year (YoY).
2) Malath Cooperative Insurance Co. signed an agreement with several participating insurance firms for latent defects insurance product.
3) National Metal Manufacturing and Casting Co. (Maadaniyah) appointed Mutlaq Hamad Al Morished as Chairman of the board, and Shaker Nafil Al Otaibi as Vice Chairman, for a 3-year term started June 11, 2020.
4) SEDCO Capital distributed cash dividend to SEDCO Capital REIT Fund unitholders for the period starting April 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020, at SAR 0.152 per unit, or 1.52% of the initial price.
5) Musharaka Capital Co. distributed cash dividend to Musharaka REIT Fund unit holders for the period starting Jan. 1, 2020 to June 30, at SAR 0.35 per unit, or 3.5% initial price per unit.
6) Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co.’s (Al-Khodari) shareholders will vote, on July 23, on dismissing 3 board members.
7) Brent crude on Friday declined 34 cents to reach $42.80 per barrel. WTI Crude also decreased 33 cents to reach $40.32/bbl.
