The Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) deposited today, July 2, Saudi Fisheries Co. rights into shareholders’ portfolios, according to a bourse statement.
Saudi Fisheries offered 29.89 million shares at SAR 10 each, to increase the capital from SAR 101.1 million to SAR 400 million, Argaam reported earlier.
The company’s rights issue was 84.11% subscribed, as investors bought a total of 25.14 million shares worth SAR 251.4 million.
The remaining rights issue shares were 489.39% oversubscribed, with a total value of SAR 72.67 million from 4.75 million shares at SAR 15.30 per share.
