Sumou Real Estate to pay FY2019 dividend on July 16

Sumou Real Estate Co. said it will pay cash dividend for the fiscal year 2019 on July 16, 2020.

 

Shareholders of record on June 30, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

On Tuesday, the company’s shareholders approved a 10% cash dividend at SAR 1 per share for FY2019, according to data compiled by Argaam.
