GACO restructures audit committee

Al Gassim Investment Holding Co.'s (GACO) board of directors decided to restructure the audit committee, pending the approval of the general meeting, according to a bourse statement.

 

The board appointed three new audit committee members, and the appointment decision will be effective upon the general meeting approval.
