Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders approved audited financial statements, as well as board and audit reports for the fiscal year 2019 during the ordinary general meeting held on June 30, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.
They also approved appointing a new external auditor to audit Q2, Q3, Q4, FY2020, and Q1 2021 financial statements, as well as discharging board members from liabilities for FY2019.
Meanwhile, shareholders approved appointing Khalid Abid Gama as an independent board member, and Khaled Abdullah AImass, a representative of the National Health Insurance Company (Daman), as a non-executive board member.
They further approved the appointment of Kinana Ghaleb Al-Sharif and Sultan Mohammad Abdul Raouf as independent audit committee members, as well as endorsing business and contracts concluded last year.
