Saudi banks’ investments in treasury bonds increased by SAR 7 billion to SAR 420.1 billion in May 2020 when compared to the month before, new data from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) showed.
SAMA’s foreign assets grew by SAR 24.7 billion in May to around SAR 1.7589 trillion.
