Al Yamamah Steel names Chairman, Vice Chairman

Al Yamamah Steel Industries Co.'s board of directors appointed yesterday Saad Ibrahim Abdulaziz Al-Moajil as the Chairman of the board (non-executive) and Raed bin Ibrahim Al-Mudaiheem as a Vice Chairman (non-executive), the company said in a bourse statement.

 

These appointments came in line with the decision of the ordinary general meeting, held on March 18, 2020 as regards to electing a board of directors for the three-year term, started on June 26, 2020.

 

Al Yamamah's board also formed a nomination and remuneration committee and an executive committee.
