Fitaihi’s executive board member resigns

Fitaihi Holding Group said that executive board and investment committee member, Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Hassan Fitaihi, resigned from his position to avoid any future conflict of interest.

 

The board of directors accepted his resignation today, June 29, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation will come into effect from July 1, 2020.
