Alkhodari announces death of secretary for financial restructuring

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. (Alkhodari) announced today the death of Saleh Abdullah Al-Naeem, the company’s secretary for financial restructuring, on Sunday, June 21, 2020.

 

The company said in a bourse statement that it is working on the necessary legal procedures to appoint another secretary to resume the restructuring process, indicating that any further details in this regard will be announced in due course.

 

It is currently difficult to determine the financial impact that might arise from restructuring, the statement said, adding that the effect, if any, will be disclosed later.
