10 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Tuesday.

 

1) The second and final tranche of the fifth phase of Saudi Arabia's inclusion in FTSE Russell Secondary Emerging Markets (EM) Index started yesterday, June 22, based on closing prices on June 18.

 

2) Kingdom Holding Co. (KHC) sustained a net loss after Zakat and tax of SAR 50.1 million for Q1 2020.

 

3) Al Gassim Investment Holding Co. (GACO) reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 711,000 for Q1 2020, a decrease of 92% year-on-year (YoY).

 

4) The Q1 2020 earnings disclosure period for Tadawul-listed companies ended June 22, 2020, as per the deadline set by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) for announcing results.

 

5) Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. (Al-Khodari), National Agricultural Marketing Co. (Thimar), and Alujain Holding Corp. announced their inability to disclose annual financial results on time.

 

6) Methanol Chemicals Co. (Chemanol) reported a net loss after Zakat and tax of SAR 28.6 million for Q1 2020.

 

7) Jabal Omar Development Co. reported a net loss after Zakat and tax of SAR 217.3 million for Q1 2020.

 

8) Arabian Aramco Total Services Company (SATORP) announced the partial redemption of sukuk.

 

9) Zahrat Al Waha Trading Co. renewed a Shariah-compliant bank facility agreement worth SAR 75.56 million with The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB).

 

10) Brent crude on Tuesday declined 12 cents to reach $42.96 per barrel while WTI Crude increased 71 cents to reach $40.46/bbl.
