Raydan Food Co. will adopt electronic voting as of June 13 on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on June 17, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system in line with the government’s efforts to prevent spread of coronavirus.
Last month, the company invited its shareholders to vote on financial statements, as well as board and auditor reports for fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2019, according to data compiled by Argaam.
