1) Alahli Takaful Co. reported net profit before Zakat of SAR 2.9 million for the first quarter of 2020, a decline of 27% year-on-year (YoY).
2) AXA Cooperative Insurance Co. reported a net profit before Zakat of SAR 35.3 million for Q1 2020, a rise of 32% YoY.
3) The Mediterranean and Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance Co. (MEDGULF) reduced accumulated losses to SAR 136.48 million, or 17.06% of its capital.
4) National Gas and Industrialization Co. (GASCO) reported net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 33.4 million for Q1 2020, a decline of 64% YoY.
5) Solidarity Saudi Takaful Co. reported a net profit before Zakat of SAR 9.9 million for Q1 2020, a rise of 75% YoY.
6) Saudi Industrial Development Co. (SIDC) reported a net loss after Zakat of SAR 10 million for Q1 2020.
7) Lazurde Company for Jewelry’s (Lazurde) shareholders approved, on June 3, the recommendation of the board of directors to withhold dividend for the fiscal year 2019.
8) Brent crude on Friday gained $2.31 to reach $42.30 per barrel. WTI Crude also increased $2.14 to reach $39.55/bbl.
