eXtra to deposit proceeds from fractional shares on June 10

United Electronics Co. (eXtra) sold 3,601 fractional shares on May 12, 2020 at SAR 46.35 per share for a total of SAR 166,906.35, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The funds will be deposited into shareholders accounts on June 10, 2020, the statement added.

 

Last month, the company’s shareholders approved a 20% capital hike to SAR 600 million from SAR 500 million through a 1-for-5 bonus issue, Argaam reported.
