Sumou Real Estate forms nomination, remuneration committee

Sumou Real Estate Co. formed the nomination and remuneration committee for the new 3-year term starting May 31, 2020, to May 30, 2023, or the end of the term of any of its members (whichever comes earlier).

 

The company named Saaed S. Al-Nahdy (independent member) as committee chairman, along with independent members, Faisal A. Al-Khaldy and Essam A. Kolthoum.
