SACO elects new board of directors

Saudi Company for Hardware's (SACO) shareholders elected a new board of directors for the next three-year term, starting July 20, 2020, the home appliance retailer said in a bourse filing.

 

This came during the company's ordinary general meeting held on May 20.

 

Shareholders also formed a new audit committee for the next three-year term, the statement added.
