Fawaz Alhokair extends board membership nomination date by 1 month

Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co. extended the last date of application for the nomination process for board of directors’ membership for the new 3-year term, starting July 1, 2020, by 1 month.

Applicants can submit an application for nomination from April 19 to June 18, 2020, as per the regulatory requirements, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Wednesday.

The candidacy for membership of the board will be in accordance with the statutory controls, policies, standards and procedures approved by the company's general assembly.
