Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co. (Aldrees) announced it will pay cash dividend for the fiscal year 2019 on May 12, 2020 at the rate of SAR 1.5 per share, as per the decision of the company's ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on April 28, 2020.
The company said in a bourse filing on Monday that Riyad Bank will deposit the dividends directly into shareholders’ accounts.
Shareholders of record on April 28, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend.
