Saudi Cement appoints board member

Saudi Cement Co.’s board of directors appointed Saleh Al Muhanna as an independent board member and representative of the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The decision is effective from June 1, 2020, after obtaining the general assembly’s approval.
