SVCP says difficult to determine financial impact of COVID-19 measures

Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes Co. (SVCP) announced on Sunday that it is taking all the necessary measures to protect its employees and committed to all the decisions and measures by the relevant authorities to curb the spread of COVID-19 outbreak.

 

The company said in a bourse statement that it is currently difficult to determine the estimated impact of the government’s preventative measures on its business activities and financial results.

 

On the private sector’s support packages, SVCP said it is working closely with relevant authorities to identify the support mechanism and feasibility.

 

Any developments related to the matter will be announced in due course.
