National Gypsum to pay FY2019 dividend on April 27

National Gypsum Co. said it will pay cash dividend for the fiscal year 2019 on April 27, 2020.

Shareholders of record on April 15, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

Earlier this month, shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to distribute a 3.5% cash dividend, or SAR 0.35 per share, for FY2019, according to data compiled by Argaam.
