SIDC unable to disclose FY2019 financials on time

Saudi Industrial Development Co. (SIDC) said it was unable to disclose financial statements for FY ending Dec. 31, 2019 on time due to the delayed auditing process, according to a bourse statement.

 

SIDC said it will disclose annual financial statements for FY2019 on Wednesday, April 29, 2020, or a trading halt will be placed on its shares.
