Edaa deposits Alinma Bank bonus shares in shareholders' accounts

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) deposited Alinma Bank's bonus shares into the accounts of eligible shareholders today, April 13.

 

Last week, the company’s shareholders approved the board's recommendation on a capital increase from SAR 15 billion to SAR 20 billion through a 1-for-3 bonus issue.
