ZOUJAJ renames Al Humaidan as board chairman, names deputy chairman

The National Co. for Glass Industries’ (ZOUJAJ) board of directors reappointed Riadh M. Al Humaidan as board chairman for the current three-year term started on April 9, 2020.

 

The board has also named Bander A. Al Zamil as deputy chairman for the same term, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Meanwhile, ZOUJAJ’s board formed the board committees and appointed the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) and The Security Depository Center (Edaa).
