Al Sorayai closes all showrooms, warehouses in cities under 24h curfew

Al Sorayai Trading and Industrial Group Co. (AlSorayai Group) announced on Thursday the closure of all showrooms and warehouses located in cities and regions specified under the 24-hours curfew directive until further notice.

The company said in a bourse statement that it partially activated its e-commerce platform and secure payment methods.

is reviewing the impact of the current market conditions on its manufacturing and operational performance. However, it is fully complying with the government's precautionary measures to curb the spread of coronavirus.

Al Sorayai cannot determine the financial impact of the closure at present and will disclose any further developments in due course, the statement added.

On the private sector’s support packages, the company said it is working closely with relevant authorities to identify the support mechanism and feasibility.
