Moscow is prepared to coordinate with other leading oil-exporting countries to help stabilize the global oil market, Reuters reported, citing the Kremlin.
“Moscow is ready for cooperation and interested in interaction with countries in order to stabilize energy markets,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said during a conference call with reporters.
Peskov also indicated that talks between OPEC and its allies were delayed until Thursday for technical reasons and preparations for the meeting were under way.
