Takween shareholders to vote on board, audit reports on May 3

Takween Advanced Industries Co.’s shareholders will vote on audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year 2019 during the extraordinary general meeting that will be held on May 3, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

Shareholders will also vote on the board report for the same period as well as discharging members of the board of directors from liabilities during FY 2019.

Meanwhile, they will vote on other items on the meeting’s agenda including amending bylaws and related party transactions.
