Alinma Tokio shareholders to vote on board, audit reports on April 26

Alinma Tokio Marine Co.’s shareholders will vote on audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year 2019 during the general meeting that will be held on April 26, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

Shareholders will also vote on the board report for the same period, as well as discharging board members from liabilities during FY 2019.

Meanwhile, they will vote on other items on the meeting’s agenda including related party transactions.
