Arabian Shield board to withhold dividend for FY2019

Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors recommended withholding cash dividend for the fiscal year 2019, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The step aims to support the company’s financial position.

 

The decision is pending approval of the general assembly.
