Taiba to pay Q4 2019 dividend on April 9

Taiba Investment Co. said it will pay cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2019 on April 9, 2020.

Shareholders of record on March 25, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

Last month, shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to distribute a 4.5% cash dividend, or SAR 0.45 per share, for the fourth quarter of 2019, according to data compiled by Argaam.
