Al Ahsa shareholders to vote on board, audit reports on April 27

Al Ahsa Development Co.’s shareholders will vote on audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year 2019 during the general meeting that will be held on April 27, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders will also vote on the board report for the same period and will also discharge members of the board of directors from liabilities during FY 2019
