Al-Khodari unable to disclose FY2019 financials on time

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. (Al-Khodari) announced in a bourse statement its inability to disclose annual financial results for the fiscal year 2019 on time.

 

The company further noted that the external auditor did not complete the audit procedures on time.

 

Accordingly, the company could not hold the ordinary general assembly meeting to appoint external auditors to audit the financial statements for the year, ending Dec. 31, 2020.

 

It is worth noting that Ernst & Young is the current external auditor, and is required to audit the financials of Q2 and Q3 2018, and Q1 2019.
