National Building expects to disclose 2019 financials before April 30

National Building expects to disclose consolidated financial statements for 2019 before April 30, 2020, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The company was unable to post the annual financial statements for the FY ending Dec. 31, 2019, as it did not fulfill the auditor's requirements.

 

Incorporated in Riyadh in 1990, the firm sells building materials and equipment, and manufactures reinforcing steel with an annual output capacity of 100,000 tons.
