1) The fifth phase of Saudi Arabia's inclusion in FTSE Russell Emerging Market Index started yesterday, March 23, based on closing prices of March 19, 2020.
2) Tadawul announced that Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group (HMG) will be included in Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) and healthcare Equipment & Svc index as of Sunday’s trading session, March 29, 2020.
3) The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia’s (Bahri) shareholders are set to vote, on April 20, on a 10% cash dividend, or SAR 1 per share, for the second half of 2019.
4) Takween Advanced Industries Co. widened net loss after Zakat and tax by more than two-fold year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 96.7 million for the fiscal year 2019.
5) Saudi Cement Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on, April 21, on a 20% cash dividend for the second half of 2019 (SAR 2 per share).
6) Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance Co. reported a net profit before Zakat of SAR 35.4 million for FY2019, a decline of 28% YoY.
7) National Petrochemical Co.’s (Petrochem) shareholders will vote, on April 16, on a 5% cash dividend, or SAR 0.5 per share, for FY2019.
8) Al Ahlia for Cooperative Insurance Co. reported a net loss before Zakat of SAR 44.2 million for FY2019, against a net profit of SAR 15.8 million a year earlier.
9) Eastern Province Cement Co.’s (EPCCO) shareholders are set to vote, on April 14, on a 15% cash dividend, or SAR 1.5 per share, for FY2019.
10) Brent crude on Tuesday gained 74 cents to reach $27.77 per barrel. WTI Crude increased 86 cents to reach $24.22/bbl.
