Etihad Atheeb approves resignation of its board member

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.’s (GO) board of directors approved today the resignation of Waleed bin Ahmed bin Mohammed from his position as a member of the board and the chair of the audit committee, for personal reasons.

 

The resignation is effective from March 17, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

It further noted that Waleed was an independent board member whose term began on Aug. 26, 2019.
