Abo Moati closes showrooms across malls on coronavirus concerns

Abdulla Saad Abo Moati for Bookstore Co. (Abo Moati) temporarily closed its showrooms in malls across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia until further notice.

The company said in a bourse filling on Monday that the closure came in response to the Saudi Arabian government’s directives to safeguard its citizens and residents, and to contain the spread of coronavirus in the Kingdom.

The showrooms that were closed today are Ilahui Khurais Mall showroom and Ilahui Al Qasr Mall showroom, both in Riyadh.

The company further noted that it is difficult to determine the full financial impact at present, adding that any further developments will be disclosed in due course.
