What you need to know when Tadawul opens today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Wednesday.

 

1) Saudi Aramco will provide its customers with 12.3 million barrels per day (mbpd) of crude oil in April, an increase of 300,000 barrels per day.

 

2) National Commercial Bank (NCB) is set to vote on a 12% cash dividend, at SAR 1.2 per share, for the second half of 2019, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting on March 31, 2020.

 

3) Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 93 million for fiscal year 2019, a 4% year-on-year (YoY) rise.

 

4) Malath Cooperative Insurance Co. reported a net profit before Zakat of SAR 18.4 million for FY2019, a rise of 18%.

 

5) Almarai Co. appointed Prince Naif bin Sultan bin Mohammed bin Saud Al Kabeer as a chairman of the board of directors.

 

6) Basic Chemical Industries Co. (BCI) approved a 10% cash dividend for the first 9 months of 2019, at SAR 1 per share.

 

7) AXA Cooperative Insurance Co. recommended a 7% cash dividend for FY2019, at SAR 0.70 per share, amounting to SAR 35 million.

 

8) Ataa Educational Co. acquired Al-Falah Co.’s Riyadh-based Al-Falah Schools for a total value of SAR 50 million.

 

9) Jadwa REIT Al Haramain Fund will pay a 2% cash dividend for the second half of 2019, at SAR 0.2 per unit, amounting to SAR 13.2 million.

 

10) Brent crude on Wednesday declined $1.31 to reach $38.53 per barrel. WTI Crude also decreased 94 cents to reach $35.30/bbl.
