Al Jouf Cement to produce all types of cement

The extraordinary general assembly (EGM) of Al Jouf Cement Co. approved amending Article 3 of the company’s articles of association to produce all types of cement instead of producing only Portland cement, it said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.

 

The assembly also approved operating and managing cement plants, the statement said.

 

In addition, amendments were made to board membership and remuneration policies.
