Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) plans to adopt a new corporate strategy in 2020 in order to boost revenues from the company’s core sectors.
The company explained in its investor presentation for 2019 that the strategy will focus on accelerating digital revenue streams as well as improving customer services.
The telco confirmed that the company witnessed significant development in their businesses during 2019.
According to data compiled by Argaam, Mobily achieved a net profit in 2019, for the first time in 5 years, reaching SAR 31 million as compared to a net loss of SAR 123 million in 2018.
