UAE-based National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC) is aiming to double the number of jobs created for Saudi professionals this year to strengthen its presence in the Kingdom.
This was announced as part of its participation at the In-Kingdom Total Value-Add (IKTVA) Forum and Exhibition 2020, organized by Saudi Aramco, from Feb. 24-25 in Dhahran.
A subsidiary of Senaat Abu Dhabi, the company also highlighted its plans to strengthen its localized manufacturing capabilities that will further added to Saudi Aramco’s IKTVA program.
“Saudi Arabia is one of our strategic markets and we see tremendous opportunity to strengthen our presence and partnerships in the Kingdom to support the economic diversification goals outlined in Saudi Vision 2030,” Eng. Ahmed Al Dhaheri, CEO of NPCC, said.
He also added that the company will explore opportunities to nurture Saudi talents and strengthen the energy supply chain as an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firm.
Having a long-term presence in the Kingdom, NPCC had signed a long-term agreement with Saudi Aramco in 2016, which led to working on 12 major projects that are valued at over SAR 6 billion.
