Al Gassim Holding names chairman, CEO

Al Gassim Investment Holding Co.’s (GACO) board of directors appointed Saad bin Saeed as chairman for the current three-year term started on February 22, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new chairman has an extensive experience in strategic management, planning sciences and corporate business administration.

 

The board has also named Abadulallah A. S. Almhaos as chief executive officer effective from February 22, 2020.

 

Almhaos replaced Shaker A. Al Homid, the former managing director and CEO, whose term ended on February 21, 2020.

 

Almhaos previously held the positions of chairman and CEO of the company.

 

In addition, the board named Badr Alqadi as vice chairman for the same term.

 

Alqadi held the position of Executive Manager for Sponsorship and Media at Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily), and Events and Sponsorship Team Leader at Mobile Telecommunications Co. Saudi Arabia (Zain Saudi).
