Ataa Educational Co. is planning a 5-year expansion strategy to support its business growth and increase the number students to 37,000 from 27,560, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The new strategy also aims to enhance partnerships with international universities and scientific institutes, as well as promoting e-learning services and summer activities to increase its non-tuition revenue.
In addition, the strategy focuses on acquiring new schools including competitors’ schools to increase the company’s market share.
The company also noted it has received the approval of the Ministry of Education to build 2 educational complexes in AlEzdihar and Alsalam plots.
The statement followed a conference call with analysts and investors that discussed financial results of the first quarter of 2020, ended Oct. 31, 2019.
