Etihad Atheeb’s general assembly rejects board remuneration policy

The general assembly of Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) disapproved the remuneration policies of the board members, as well as board and executive management committees.

 

However, the assembly approved the rest of the agenda, including the financial statements of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2019, according to the company’s bourse filing on Wednesday.
