Saudi King Salman appointed Fahd Abdulmohsan Al-Rasheed as the president of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC).
Al-Rasheed has helmed various leadership roles in key Saudi public and private sector organizations, RCRC said in a statement on Monday.
He served as the CEO and board member of Emaar the Economic City, the publicly listed developer of the King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) from January 2008 to September 2018.
Previously, Al-Rasheed served as CFO and deputy governor at the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) and worked at Saudi Aramco, where he led several corporate finance initiatives.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Washington University and an MBA from Stanford Business School.
