Alujain shareholders to vote on firm’s name change on Feb. 4

Alujain Corp. invited its shareholders to attend the general assembly meeting that will be held on February 4, 2020, to vote on amending articles 2 & 3 of the company’s bylaws related to its name and objectives, the firm said in a bourse statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders will vote on amending the company’s name from Alujain Corp. to Alujain Holding.

 

Company’s objectives will be amended as follows:

The company carries out and implements the following objectives:

- Manufacturing industries and their branches, according to Industrial licenses.

Electricity, gas and water and its branches.

- Mines, oil and its branches.

-Transport, storage and refrigeration.

- Construction.

-Contracting.

- Operating and Maintenance.

- Trading.

- Information technology.

- Money, business and other services.

- Safety and Security.

- Social, group and personal services.

- Agriculture and fishing.

- Manufacturing, developing, providing services, technologies and production of energy and investment in its traditional and renewable sources.

 

The company operates its activities according to the available regulations and after obtaining the necessary licenses from the competent authorities.

Managing its subsidiaries, or participating in the management of other companies in which it contributes and providing the necessary support to it.

 

Investing in stocks and other securities.

Possession of the real estate and movables necessary to start its activity.

Providing loans, guarantees and financing to its subsidiaries.

Owning industrial property rights such as patents, trademarks, industrial marks, franchise rights, other intangible rights, and exploiting and leasing them to its subsidiaries or others.

 

Any other project purpose consistent with the nature of this company

The company carries out its activities - as a holding company – according to regulations and after obtaining licenses necessary from the competent authorities.
